Processing & Shipping
We know how exciting it is to try a new look or keep up with your current look! That's why it is important to us that you receive the correct order in a timely manner.
Our standard processing time is 3-4 business days (that is, Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm EST).
All subscription orders are set for a payment due date of the 10th of the month based on the frequency chosen. Orders are shipped out 3-4 days after payment has been processed.
Please note that processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. We ask that you please plan accordingly.
We ship worldwide
Unfortunately, we only process on business days. That does not include weekends and holidays. Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales and/or special events. Due to high volume orders, we do not ship same day. However, our goal is to make sure that you receive your tracking number within or immediately after the processing time.
Because we are located and shipping from the United States, there may be postal delays, customs delays, or duty fees associated with your purchase, but our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.

To USA - PLEASE NOTE THAT A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS
Via USPS- 3-5 days delivery // 3-4 days processing.
USPS- 2-4 days delivery // 3-4 days processing.
Shipping - via USPS - 2-4 days processing // 6-10 business days delivery
Europe & Australia
Standard Shipping - 5-10 days delivery // 2-4 days processing.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL shipments, including Overnight, are STILL subject to the same processing time. Please plan accordingly.

When your order ships and is accepted by the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. We are not responsible for late deliveries, customs delays, lost or stolen items, etc.
Special notes about mail delivery placed in the notes section will not be seen on the shipping label. If you have special instructions, please contact your post office or mail person directly. We are not responsible for mis-deliveries.
Custom charges are not our responsibility. These fees, which are mostly affect customers in Europe - especially the UK & Australia are the responsibility of the receiver.
International customers, especially the UK, you may be subject to customs and duty. That is your sole responsibility as it is a government fee. We have nothing to do with these fees.

If you decide that you do not want to pay the customs and/or duty due and your package is returned to us, you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as humanly possible, please don’t order hair 2 days before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 3 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

We want to make you the happiest customer, and we’ll do whatever it takes to keep you coming back, but just simply can’t offer refunds.
And yes, we sometimes make mistakes, too. If we’ve sent you the wrong hair length or texture, we’ll exchange it at our cost.
